Payment on BREUER BONO is captured first after product’s fulfillment. All prices are with tax included, unless stated otherwise. As soon as we receive your order, we send an e-mail with an order confirmation to you. This e-mail will include the total price and the order number. The invoice will be attached to the parcel. Please keep this invoice, it is also a warranty proof.



All orders received through our website are packed with care and attention. All parcels are delivered with the carriers UPS or DPD, unless another shipping option has been agreed upon. Shipping will be processed within 10 working days, unless product description states otherwise. Shipping time for the EU is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the destination. BREUER BONO is not responsible for shipment delays caused by a delivery company. Shipping fees depend on the product and the destination. Please check the shipping fee before confirming your order on the checkout page. All products are carefully packed and should arrive undamaged at your shipping address. If the packaging is damaged, do not accept the parcel. It is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver the parcels undamaged.



Please make sure that you are aware of your country’s import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. BREUER BONO is not liable for any additional import tax and/or duty charges issued by your country’s national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country’s national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by BREUER BONO in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country’s governmental or national import office website for further information.



You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the product. Inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your purchase. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may, however, withhold reimbursement until we have received all products back.

BREUER BONO will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We aim to accept all returns.



All BREUER BONO products are covered with 2 years of warranty in case of manufacturing or material defects.

Warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by inattention, carelessness or improper use, failure or damage caused by fire or water, or natural forces/disasters such as earthquakes, aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging.

Please notify us in case you notice defects covered by this warranty. We refund all costs connected to the product return including shipping cost.
