EIGER unfolds, outgrowing constancy and repetition. In the crescendo of a geometric progression with a factor of 1.09 the shelves increase in height and depth as you move downwards. The lowest shelf, close to the floor, reaches an internal height of 35.5 cm and offers space even for generously sized formats.
The EIGER bookshelf is available in widths in 22 cm increments, enabling it to adapt to any interior situation. On request, we are also happy to realize custom sizes ranging from 46 cm narrow to 354 cm wide. An Eiger north face.
Eleven cross-laminated layers of birch plywood, visually reminiscent of the iconic Manner biscuit, result in an extremely robust load-carrying structure: the shelf can be fully loaded without any hesitation. The EIGER bookshelf is manufactured locally in Untergroßau and Graz.
