A vertical bookshelf

With ADONIS, the books daringly stand only on the edge of the board resting against the wall at the back – a form of structural support taken to the extreme. The books stand within the shelf and, in a sense, penetrate it.

Material

ADONIS is delivered in a flat-pack and only takes on its three-dimensional shape once it has been mounted in front of the wall. Three support brackets of varying depths deliberately shape the birch multiplex into a uniform curvature. The front panel is available not only in classic Zeroblack but also in striking Tomatored. The ADONIS bookshelf is manufactured locally in Untergroßau and Graz.

    Perfect Blend of Style and Functionality!

    Elegant!

    Visually, this shelving unit convinced me a long time ago. When assembled, it is very stable and elegant. Two criticisms: 1. If the books exceed a depth of approx. 17cm, they don't hold very well in the shelving unit 2. For a move, I would recommend storing the shelving unit flat so it doesn't bend Assembly very logical! Would buy it again! Really great!
